We have recently had a web site created to service both retail sales and also wholesale/trade businesses.
The trade orders come through the Trade Outlet and source and fulfil from Trade inventory. This is correct and working fine.
The retail orders come through to the Retail Outlet and source and fulfil from Retail Inventory. These products for the retail come through crossed out and if you go to the fulfilment screen it specifically strikes out the fulfilment?
I personally tried changing the Sales Channel and Source Groups settings for no result.
The web developers have expressed that there is no problem with their code and have followed the API documentation.
They have supplied me with request bodies for both the 2 types of orders if someone at Retail Express is available to look over them to see why it strikes out the products on the Retail orders that would be amazing!
If anyone else has any info regarding the following situation that would be great!
