There is currently no way to generate automated reports of RMAs in neto. We would like a weekly report with the raw export data found on the RMA listing page. In addition, this report should contain the date the original order was completed as this will help us identify and address warehouse picking issues.
Additional RMA reports such as breaking the data out by SKU and RMA reason type can be done from the raw data, but it would be nice if neto could provide some of this info in a easy to digest format.
