The customer has tried multiple fraud approaches and still has issues with chargebacks and fraudulent purchases. He wants another layer of protection added in to try and mitigate this. In order to reduce fraud further, a client would like to blacklist certain addresses from completing an order. The client already has removed the ability of certain customer accounts to complete an order based on the email address and they notice the same shipping address is used each time. Client wants another layer of protection built in where he can blacklist addresses or customer names (client is aware of the implications and possible loss of sales)
