Add shipping email to shipping address card to suport B2B business

"Being a B2B business some of our customer cards can have many shipping addresses, one for each of their store locations and each with an individual email address. As such it would be impractical to try and manage these using Misc fields, they need to be saved directly with the Shipping Address" Al
