Price Promotions to trigger eBay revisions

Customers that use pricing promotions on their products and their subsequent eBay listings don't have a way for the prices to update automatically when a promotion starts/ends. Instead the need to rely on a blanket rule for all listings, which can cause problems when their number of listings gets into the 10's of thousands. It would be really great if a promotion starting/ending could trigger an eBay revision, so prices are uniform across all sales channels.
