Check For Blanks in Purchase Order Lines

Improve the UI of Purchase order module. When Creating a purchase order on the last line, if I leave the SKU blank and the qty blank but set the supply price to 0, it will not let me create the purchase order stating SKU and qty are required. 0 in either the supply price or qty field should be treated the same as a blank value for the last line in a purchase order. Less confused and irritated customers when using Neto inventory
