PayPal paymenty option for invoices

If I generate an invoice for a client, when they log into their account (via our website), they only have the option to pay with credit card. This is odd given over 50% of my customers choose to pay with PayPal. PayPal is available with a standard CART checkout, but not in the client account environment. I reckon this is a major short-coming. Giving people choice, increasing my sales conversions, remaining relevant given the rise of PayPal payments.
