The customer who raised this is coming from auctiva where she has populated this field for her 2nd hand books. If she can't populate it in Neto she will need to populate manually in ebay or go back to auctiva. Customer that sell second hand items will be able to adequately describe their products, resulting in less customer dissatisfaction should the product not be as expected. Allows us to offer a fuller feature set for second hand sellers on eBay
