When stock is on "pre-sale" the client is able to bundle other products that are not on "pre-sale" with their order. On check out there needs to be an option for the client to ship the order when complete or split the order and ship the items that are in stock. If the client requests items in stock to be shipped they will be of the understanding that "pre-sale" items will be shipped on arrival BUT will be charged for additional shipping. Without this checkout option I'm incurring the additional shipping cost of the "pre-order". The option I'm requesting is a common feature of many websites.
