AfterPay sends customer invoices when their order is cancelled

When a customer has their order cancelled, NETO still sends them an invoice saying they have paid. This is platform wide and causing huge distress to every customer this happens to (which is a lot). AfterPay are very troubled by this too. This needs to be fixed. Giving customers confidence that the NETO stores aren't fraudulent (which many customers no longer believe as they think we are taking their money when their order is cancelled).
