eBay | When import tool brings variations to Neto, the SKU is just a long number
Deactivated Member
Customers will be able to update products and use EXCEL to do this. Basically, the eBay import tool is making child SKUs the eBay Item ID and then adding 5 digits at the end. This seems to mostly occur when there's no custom label on the child SKUs - in eBay I believe you can only fill in the parent custom label. This is preventing certain customers from updating their products easily - they are having to learn other software just to adjust to Neto's data. When opening that in Excel (which in my experience) most customers have been using, stops them from updating their products as it opens in a weird format. This never used to do this until late 2016... A letter prefix or just using the N-numbers would fix this when they generate.
