Customising the wording for payment detail in checkout page

We wanted to give some extra information about Paypal. Something like "Customers must have to register themselves while making payment using PayPal. Please avoid continuing to guest checkout." So, if the wording for the payment details in checkout page could be controlled like the shipping details, it would be easier for us to convey a message to customers. It will be easier for us to convey messages to customers that is required while making payment.
