Ability for Customers to Edit Quotes

Customers already have the ability to save a shopping cart as a quote and then later approve it. However they can never edit it. This falls quite short in functionality for my customers and must be a common frustration for other clients. My customers often will create a quote and will wait for a purchase order number then need to apply to the quote before it can be approved (which they cannot do on Neto - that is, add the number and approve the quote). Others will need the quote to get funding approved and may not get the budget to cover the quote thus they need to edit the quote (remove some items for example). Both of these options they can't do. Making Neto far more attractive as an ecommerce solution for businesses and improving customer experience. This is likely of particular interest to wholesale businesses or for customers selling to business or high value items. Takes the workload away from backend and puts the control back into the customers hands. I hope you'll seriously consider this logical enhancement.
