Merchants often want/need to customise their printable documents. It's rarely about look-and-feel and usually about showing specific information in specific ways. Often this is related to compliance and is therefore an essential tweak for the merchant. What is the beneifit of solving this problem? If Neto had a simple invoice/document editor where merchants could customise their invoices to suit their needs, we could support more configurations/industries out of the box. We could also treat these similar to managed checkout, where we can actually ship updates to their invoices/shipping labels as they would no longer need to edit the code.
