Selling Software, Support, etc on subscription. Billing to be made either Monthly, Quarterly or Annually. Should allow for documentation of Terms and Conditions of Subscription and Ideally have an online form that the customer can sign off on that embeds a digital fingerprint. Having to generate this as a procedure in our existing quoting system (Quotient) and duplicating the procedure any payment collection in Xero.
