Inventory Stock movement report

When I have found an error in the quantity of an item I would like to pin point where the problem occurred and be able to see a full history of the item chosen. When was the item created. Was the wrong quantity entered on the purchase order. Was the wrong quantity received in on the purchase order Has there been any stock adjustments on this item What sales have occurred on this item and when were they sent out What refunds have occurred on this item Also the price changes for the item would be beneficial and which user changed the price. I find the reports that are currently available are limiting eg you can't search the stock adjustments via sku the inventory change log only goes back 3 months and there is no report to see if a product price has been changed Being able to see where the error was made and who made it. That staff may need more training?
