Allow Shipping methods by Warehouse

We have multiple warehouses in our network. Shipping carriers change depending on if a stocked item is available in a particular warehouse. We would like to offer express post as an option for stock that is in our primary warehouse only (Primary warehouse stock >1.) However neto cannot support shipping methods by warehouse. We would be able to offer our customers a true express service, confident that it can only be applied to items we hold in our primary warehouse.
