We want to only offer free shipping over a certain dollar amount spent. Right now, the current Neto capabilities is that it calculates free shipping or not based on the product subtotal. This is an issue if someone goes over the free shipping threshold and then uses a discount code to go back below it. Right now, Neto would offer this user free shipping but we don't want it to do that. It gives us control over how we would like to offer our free shipping policy. Right now, we have no option and are losing money on offering free shipping on orders that really shouldn't have it. This is a must have in the Neto system. Attached screenshot shows Neto giving free shipping on an order of $90 when our free shipping is $99 and over. This is because of the discount code applied to it. Relevant Screenshots:
