Multi Level Pricing and Minimum product qty

I have a wholesale business and want to offer customers discounts when they buy multiples of one sku. I also have minimum order qty on cheaper items. I need this to Sync with my Neto cPanel. Sales agents who use Neto POS have clear transparency about the mutli level pricing discounts on offer as well SKU minimums
