Comment tags in B@SE

The ability to comment out other B@SE functions and tags to stop execution, without having to remove them from the template, would be super helpful for both debugging, and also temporarily hiding sections from the front end. Also consider the ability to add private, internal comments that describe the logic in the template, without having to worry about them ever being sent down to the client's browser.
