Our products are well suited to the repeat order model, as customers will usually buy the very same products for the rest of their lives - eg someone who takes Glucosamine for joint pain will need to repurchase the same product over and over again. The benefit is two-fold - a) it allows customers to set & forget their orders with no need to reorder once the product runs out. and b)from a business point of view it reduces the amount of marketing needed to promote repeat order products, allowing us to be more proactive and nurturing in our comms with our customers.
