Process a return and sale in the same transaction

When someone wants to exchange a product we need to process the return separately from the sale. We want to be able to -1 a product another product in the same transaction. Currently the process is time consuming which can cause frustration with the customer and may lead to errors as instead of the system calculating any difference in price my team have to do it manually (potential for human error). Less chance of human error. Reduces the time to process an exchange.
