Would be helpful to be able to send communication via SMS as well as email. A lot of emails go to junk mail.
We'd love to hear more about this idea! Please feel free to share details of the type of comms that you would want to send via SMS (e.g order confirmation, order shipment, or other transactional on non-transactional details), and any other requirements such as content, triggers or configuration.

As well as my request for Neto to implement the required SMS Sender ID Registration, I had already logged a ticket and talked to onboarding and support about the issues with the current SMS functionality - the main one being that customer mobile phone numbers are being imported through online sales in a different format to that used when they are bought into marketing cloud, so functionality is essentially non-existent for campaigns currently. Support ticket # for the Sync issues is #32693632435 and this has been closed pending a future fix by Maropost.
It's great to implement these features, but they need to work end-to-end in order to be useful.
