Repeat customers don't really want to continually get the Product Review emails for items they order frequently. Especially if they have reviewed the item already. Is there a way to change this? My suggestion is to have Smartrmail or similiar handle the product review emails. This way, you can segment who gets the the product review emails. Creating a segment/flow for it? That way repeat customers don't necessarily keep getting sent the review email. Or only get sent it if they haven't yet reviewed the product.
