Users of Neto at my company are losing work (usually they have multiple tabs open with products, quotes, orders, etc, so that only compounds the issue) whenever they walk away from the desk for about an hour and come back to find that they have been logged out. They then have to re-open all of those tabs they had before and there's no easy way to do that. It has been a very frustrating experience for them. I can understand why you would have a timeout, but can we please have the ability to set the timeout in our CPanel to something more reasonable, such as 24 hours?
