Would be good to be able to add a overall discount or surcharge to a purchase order as some suppliers will include an overall order discount line item or credit card surcharge. Also the ability to add a freight/delivery charge. As it stands orders with these items don't match the total of the actual invoice. Ideally these costs/savings should be averaged against the line items to reflect a true cost.
