We want to see if Neto plans to add a option to Shipping Rates, so we can select whether a method can be dispatched to a 'Parcel Locker'?
- similar to the 'PO Box' option:

Reason;
- Australia Post do not allow "Letters" to be delivered to "Parcel Lockers"
- we therefore wish to restrict our Letter services from being available to Parcel Locker addresses
- though, we still want Letters to be able to be sent to "PO Boxes"

Seems to me, that extra option is needed on Rates, and to then remove 'Parcel Locker' as variable from the PO Box check.
Otherwise, there is no way to automate the rates to work as per Australia Post rules.
