When performing Stock Adjustments, hitting enter when finished causes the page to refresh and clear/cancel any qty's that were input.
Hitting the Enter key is a natural inclination when completing a task. Understandably it may be done accidentally so resetting to 0 is a better option than committing incorrect data.
That said - it's very annoying when a large amount of items have been input then lost.
At least a warning prompt that the page will lose all it's qty's would be helpful, giving a user the ability to undo if they forgot and hit the enter key in hopes of committing the changes.
