Currently there is no support for freight forwarders from a tax perspective.
Some international customers use a freight forwarder to ship the items internationally, this results in the shipping address of the order being domestic and forcing GST to be charged.
Since there is not option to disable tax being charged per order this results in the customer being incorrectly charged GST
