As a merchant, I would like to be able to see ANY payment errors which has occurred through my Webstore (Checkout, My Account and Control Panel).
To be able to better identify errors when they come up due to customer mistake or wrong configuration.
To also identify possible fraudulent transactions as multiple attempts are made through different payment methods. Nothing on orders to show this has happened.
