As a company who has stakeholders that only need to access the reports and analytics of my activities, I would like the ability to create a user that can access all reports (custom and standard campaign reports), but no other areas of the application
Today, it is not possible with our current 'user permissions' features to have a user that could only access reports, including the standard campaign dashboard reports that accompany any campaign we have in Maropost.
You can create a user that only has access to create their own custom reports by enabling 'Create Reports' and 'Download Reports', but that user can't access the standard campaign dashboard, and beyond that contact level event reports (Like open and click reports)
Strangely, the CONTENT permission is required to view the standard campaign dashboard....I assume maybe because there is the 'overlay' tab with the 'edit' button which allows access to a content object, but that seems like a really strange way of approaching this control.
To provide access to ALL reports, including the standard campaign reports, you need to also add the CONTENT permission, which then allows that user to access content objects, which in many cases is not desired.
