As a marketer, I may have different automations set up for my contacts to run through, that target a specific purpose.
As an example, I may have a different drip automation set up for different products, but another automation set up for contacts who bought ALL products or a certain product where I would want that contact to begin a specific ALL PRODUCTS journey, but stop all other journeys for that contact.
You can accomplish this today but the task is purely manual, in that in the End Journey action, you have to select each journey you want to end. With an account with many journeys, this can be a time consuming task. ALSO, even if I were to manually select all the journeys I wanted to end manually, if any NEW journeys were added in the future, I would need to edit and add that new journey to the End Journey action step.
To make this easier, it would be great if the End Journey action included an option to STOP ALL OTHER JOURNEYS, which would ensure all other existing journeys at the time of creation of that journey were stopped for that contact, but also ensure any new journey created in the future is also stopped.
The logic is pretty much stop all journeys for that contact that don't match the current journey's ID.
