As a user of the Marketing Platform, when I submit a request that needs to work in the background, including but not limited to the below, it often takes a long time for that request to show up on my notifications page:
-exporting lists, segments, tables etc
-importing into lists/tables etc
When I submit a request and it doesn't immediately show up on that page, because as I understand, there is a backend notification queue that the request needs to wait in prior to that, I can mistakenly believe the request was not accepted and/or is not processing, so I could make the same request again.
Immediately after I submit a request that needs to wait in a queue, that request should appear on my account's notification page, and show a status as 'pending'. Once the request is picked up for processing, the status should change on that notification to read as 'processing', and once completed it can change to 'finished'
With the possibility for repeating the same request because as an end user, I'm not sure my initial request was taken, the repeated requests can cause further load by our shared resources.
