I am currently running into a major problem with ClickBank Customers being automatically subscribed to my list when they refund their product. This is happening with customers who are not currently on the list. This is causing customers to receive a journey email telling them that their purchase is confirmed and making them very irate because they think they have been charged, rather than refunded. It is also illegally subscribing customers to my list who have not opted in to receive emails. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. I need a way to stop ClickBank Refunds from going through as new Subscribers.
