I am thinking of creating a custom shipping category and naming it as the 'brand' and that way if an item from that shipping category is added to checkout for an international order the customer will not be able to checkout. There is quite alot of products though anyway to do this in bulk?
Trading can be stressful in an eCommerce environment. While your store is always available, customers can place an order any time of the day or night, any day of the year. Most retailers (and shipping carriers) can’t be available the same way. This can make it difficult to offer shipping services such as next-day delivery,…
Recently we've been receiving more spam/junk mail via our contact page form. Unfortunately, because the emails are received in our inbox as one of Neto's domains, we aren't able to mark them as such. Does anyone know of a way around this so decrease the amount of spam/junk emails? Thank you for your time :)
IS anyone still successfully using eWay or Paymark Click Credit Card Gateways with Commerce Cloud? Appriciate these gateways are no longer updated but the Stripe Integration is not a viable option for our organisation as they charge about 1.2% more than the rates we've secured with our bank.
It’s no surprise that free shipping is enticing to customers, especially those who are otherwise on the fence about making a purchase. Offering free shipping has been shown to * reduce shopping cart abandonment (no “surprise” extra charge at checkout) * make it easier to obtain new customers * create loyalty and retain…
My pickslips list the products in random order. I would like to sort this product list by their location. I have tried changing "sortby" on the template from pick_zone to location, and location_bin but neither work. Am I missing something? We use multiple warehouses, so I don't appear to be able to use pick_zone as seems…
Has anyone had success setting up a discount that uses Product Cost Cap? I've been trying to create a discount incorporating a cost cap on an SKU but it fails to trigger when the Discount rules (Customer and Product) are met, even using a bare test discount that applies a $2 cap to all products with the most permissive…
I've had nothing but terrible experiences so far with design and marketing partners and it's one of the things making me considering leaving the platform. Anyone had good experiences with a design partner or a marketing partner? Been through 4 marketing companies and didn't only not make profit, we actually took a loss…
Data is an essential asset that drives business operations and decision-making. Whether it's customer information, financial records, or intellectual property, losing even a small portion of this information can be a significant setback for any organisation. That's why it's critical to have a robust backup strategy in…
Hello, We have 4 shipping categories (SC) on our website, each with its own shipping options (SR). SC 1 - SO 1 ($15 flat fee) SC 2 - SO 2 (Courier Rates) SC 3 - SO 3 (Courier Rates + Levy) SC 4 - SO 4 ($150 delivery only for certain postcodes) If customers order from only 1 shipping category the shipping option works…
