Extra fields are required for customer details - eg multiple phone numbers, different title/name, mobiles/landline, extra address line - especially for overseas addresses
At present a deleted RMA is still referenced in the original invoice
When creating a multi item RMA if an item is omitted/added the RMA can't be edited. Would help if able to edit the RMA instead of deleting and starting over again.
When a customer fails to return goods only way to cancel the RMA is to delete it, would prefer to just be able to cancel it.
It would be useful to have an automated action log or date sent, follow up, date received/ date amended
It would be a help if there was an automated (from log in) of who created the PO
If a PO is manually exported to 3rd party software eg Xero, automated recording in action log date of export and who did the export.
It would help if there was an automated recording of who has received goods into the warehouse, using log on details. This would help when following up stock discrepancies.
It would be really good if this aspect of digital products could become a part of Maropost. We would like to sell support and application manuals from the website - good to capture new customers.
Need to create an exchange process for POS to print a receipt for proof of exchange for a busy retail shop. Doing a 2 step process of refund and then do another sale is not efficient. If you do it under a cash sale it doesn't work as no cash transacted. Our customers don't have accounts so can't do it this way neither…
